Hi everyone, as we planned last year, we will carry out a large-scale technology upgrade in Q1 of this year, and launch an important product upgrade version in Q2.

I would like to update you on the Q1 technology upgrade project; the important product upgrade for Q2 will be shared with you at the end of May.

1.Website Risk Control System

To effectively prevent hacker attacks and protect user privacy and property security, we have built an anti-attack risk control system. This system has blocked several large-scale hacker attacks in Q1.

2.Fund Risk Control System

To curb fraud against users and ePal funds by malicious actors on the platform, we have established a fund risk control system. This system has reduced fraudulent fund losses by more than 95%.

3.IM System Upgrade

To improve the user communication experience, we have fully upgraded the IM system. After the upgrade, the message connection rate has increased by 20 percentage points.

4.Mobile Component Upgrade

To meet the design requirements of the app market for mobile applications, we have upgraded mobile components on a large scale. This will enhance the overall user experience on mobile devices.

5.Responsive Web Upgrade

To ensure unobstructed access to the E-Pal website on mobile devices, we are designing and developing a mobile-optimized website.

No.1 to No.4 above will be deployed and launched today, and No. 5 will online in Q2 alongside the product feature update.

and reopened 72 hours after suspension(April 13th 0:00 AM PST).
