1. Users' accounts applying for custom medals/gifts must be at least 100 days old in order to properly apply.
2. Application process for custom items starts with contacting official admin Reno firstly for approval. The application should be submitted at least 1 week before the deadline and after review, will be delivered to Epal Official April to schedule it to be online.
3. Before applying, the user should make a minimum of 100 buff in revenue from arcade rooms in their application week, this has to be done in their own room, other rooms will not count. (Rooms needs to gather 100 buff in support without using an item sale/presale or an Event as a way to gather people to help reaching the goal of the room; this will be checked and reviewed in the weekly arcade spreadsheet.
3.1. Users cannot be promoting a Custom Item that has not been added or approved on the website or by admins as a way to keep gathering the minimun buff required, includes posts and other type of advertising in addition to the previous rules mentioned in the point 3.
4. Once online, the user can sell their custom items via arcade rooms/IM gifts, these items cannot be sold via epal orders. Users cannot open arcade rooms then go afk to sell their custom items or host afk rooms to sell them; this will be considered as breaking ToS.
4.1. Custom item selling period will be of 1 Week and a half after the Custom item has been activated on the platform (12 Days) after that period has ended the custom item will no longer be able to be sold as it will considered into Account Boosting.
4.2. After the selling period of 12 days its over, if users would like to ask for a refill in their custom items, they need to get a room revenue of 50 Buff in order to ask for a refill on their custom freebies by contacting Official Admin Reno first to Schedule with Epal Official April the re-stock of the custom items.
5. Custom items must not include any source of Copyrighted content.
6. Handmade custom items will have priority in accepting over AI-made/modified ones, users must specify at the time of applying which resource was used to make the items.
7. Users cannot apply for Animated custom items as those are exclusively from the platform.
8. Limited medals are only for the Official Host team Events and those will not be available for sale, making them only attainable by participating in official events.
9. Only one custom item can be applied by a user at a time; users cannot apply for a custom medal and a custom free gift within the same week. Users will not be allowed to apply for new gifts for 1 month after the gift they requested has been added on the site.
10. Only a certain amount of custom items will be accepted monthly, users must apply within a reasonable time, but consider that not all of them will be accepted; only 8 custom medals and 8 custom free gifts will be accepted to be online every month moving forward.
11. Slots available will split into 2 batches starting from the Month of July, this means the 8 slots will be splitted into 2 batches, 4 Medal and 4 Free Gift Spots will be available the first 2 weeks of the month and the 2nd Batch from the last 2 weeks of the month, this way we dont overlap so many selling rooms at the same time, and we also give chances to the people who takes longer time to prepare their rooms requirements
12. User can request a Re-fill ONCE on their custom items in order to give some back to themselves in case of freebies or send to someone in case of a medal, this applies to every custom gift available already on the site and the ones coming up son aswell, the refill applies after the sale period of 12 days ends, after that period its done, users must fulfill a minimum of 50 Buffs revenue in their rooms within the same week of the request, this Will be forwaded to Admin reno and double checked with Epal Official April before doing the refill, once checked, the user can request the refill only once and after that there’s no more refilling application on that gift/medal

Users can Split the 1000 free gifts in any way they want, they can have 500 for them and then Split the other 500 among their Friends.
13. Monthly Custom Gift Spot Status Spreadsheet its now available for people to know how many spots are available for Medals and Free gifts to do their applications, they can check the spreadsheet before applying or considering doing it, This has 3 options
Available: This means no user has currently reached out to be able to start the process of obtaining the specific slot-
In Checking Process: This means the user has currently reached out to be able to start the checking process, this its done after 10PM EST, first person to reach out gets the checking process, in case of not passing the check, spot will go to the 2nd person on the list and so on.
Booked: User has passed and currently has the Custom Gift Slot for their use.

14. Community Events, Featured rooms and Official Events can apply for ONE Custom Item, this can be either a Medal or a Free Gift, this item CANNOT be sold or given away after, before or during the event period, will only be obtainable for the Event that its being hosted and to the users attending the event, for this there Will be 4 slots available every month, this includes a medal or a free gift, in case of not being able to get a slot, user Will need to apply properly with the custom items for selling in point 3.or Apply their event with the Official Event Calendar by contacting Admin Reno.

15. Banners for Events Will also be having a limitation for Community Events and Official Events, there Will be a total of 8 banners available each month for Community Events, Featured rooms and Official Events, this means that every month there Will be a total of 8 banners available:
- 6 for Community/Featured Room Events
- 2 for Official Host Team Events
This means that in order to have an event with banner and 1 custom gift, the events must be applied with time to book the date, banner and the event custom gift slot.
Events Banners can be applied only with one month in advance, for example the events for august has to be applied after July 1st, the events for September has to be applied after August 1st and more so the slots are not taken with many months in advance.
