1) Reviews from years ago messing up my overall rating, preventing me from being a 5.00 rated epal, which lowers the likelihood of reaching estar. 2) Why is the chat bar on the left side...? like functionally doesn't make any sense. 3) Too transparent with purchasing (aka how many buff loaded into epal) this should have an opt out feature. This is overall increasing harassment of clients/buyers. Also, not joining the discord channel when everything I am saying is within TOS guidelines.
Hey dear, thanks for your feedback! 1. Recovering all reviews is a request from many Epals users. The reason why your score isn’t 5 might be that there are some reviews with a score of 4. You can check this yourself. 2. this is a system display update, we hope right side is for personal role, and left side for community, maybe now are not so used to it, but later i think you will love the design 3. we feedback this issue to devs already, they will take in consideration to optimize it~
Yes so. The overall layout is fun, its more sleek and elegant than the old one. The new features, like new gifts, level prizes etc are brilliant. However here are my complaints. 1. the core issue (to me) hasn't been fixed. On E-pal it is very difficult to build a solid community of a lot of people. They have to join your rooms, order you, and maybe thats on purpose. But it feels like there is no algorithm with feed posts. You follow someone, and their posts just fade into the background. The
re is no post notification or fan system that updates clients when their epal has posted, and Its hard to really gain traction on announcements you post in feed about new services and stuff without utilizing instant cards (which are rly short), and rooms, or dms. 2. the second issue I have is the glitches which I know are being fixed, and the DMS!!! Why are they collapsed so you cant see them? It makes it much harder to reply quickly and keep ur response time up when you dont see that ppl are
