I would like to briefly address the reason behind my current rating. I received a 1-star review after an unfortunate experience with another ePal. The order, which should have been simple, ended up taking around 40 minutes because we had to try multiple platforms (Discord and two additional social media apps) in an attempt to complete it. I was willing to cooperate throughout the entire process and simply wanted the service I had originally requested. After expressing my frustration about the situation, I was told that I should pay for additional "Adding Social" orders, despite the fact that the extra platforms were only used because the original method was not working. The conversation became unpleasant, I was blocked, and I received a negative review. I chose not to retaliate. I could have reported the situation to support, left a negative review, or opened a ticket, but I decided not to because the ePal was new and I did not want to damage her profile or affect her experience on the platform. I am intentionally not mentioning the ePal involved, as I do not wish for her to receive any harassment or retaliation. My only hope is that she learns that, before overreacting, it is important to understand that this platform and its community also have guidelines and standards of conduct that apply to all of us equally. I understand that ratings matter on ePal, and unfortunately, a single review significantly impacted my profile. I just want anyone considering my requests to know that my rating is not a reflection of my character. I always try to be respectful, patient, and considerate with others, even when I don't receive the same treatment in return. Lastly, I would like to thank the many ePals who, despite initially declining my requests after seeing my rating, took the time to listen to my side of the story and ultimately chose to accept my orders. Your willingness to hear me out means more than you know, and I truly appreciate the trust and kindness you have shown me.
