## Orders & Availability

**Message Before Ordering**

Please send me a message before placing an order so we can discuss availability, expectations, and the service you'd like. Orders placed without prior contact may be declined.

**Per Person Charging**

Services are charged **per person** in the call. Please purchase one unit per participant and disclose if anyone else will be joining.

**Respect My Time**

If I don't reply immediately, I'm likely busy or away from my computer. I always do my best to respond as soon as I'm available.

## Behavior & Respect

**SFW Only**

All of my services are strictly SFW. Any inappropriate, suggestive, or explicit behavior will result in the session ending immediately.

**Inappropriate Behavior**

Objectifying comments, persistent innuendos, or other inappropriate behavior will result in your session ending and may lead to a block and report.

**No Discrimination**

Racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, hate speech, or any other form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

**Toxic or Tilted Players**

Friendly banter is always welcome, but excessive hostility, harassment, disrespect, or toxic behavior may result in the session ending early.

**Social & Team Games**

Games like Valorant, Overwatch, and VRChat are social games. While my client is always my priority, I will still communicate and participate with teammates when appropriate. Becoming upset over normal in-game communication may result in being banned from future orders.

**No Guilt Tripping**

Attempting to make me feel guilty about my prices, having to leave for another order, or ending a session early is not acceptable. This includes dry begging and similar behavior. Doing so will result in being banned from future services.

**No Parasocial Conversations**

Please don't ask to become friends or hang out outside of ePal. If I ever offer my time free of charge, I'll state so directly. Otherwise, any time spent together is considered part of an order.

## Recording & Privacy

**Recording or Streaming**

You **must disclose** if you plan to record or stream our session. Recording requires an additional **+10 Buff**, and you must provide the YouTube channel where the content will be uploaded.

If I am taken out of context, misrepresented, or objectified in your content, I will report it.

**Face & Content Usage**

I am not comfortable with my face appearing on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, or any other social media platform without my explicit permission. Unauthorized uploads will result in a block and report.

## Payments & Refunds

**Please Respect My Pricing**

My prices reflect my time and the service I provide. If they're outside your budget, I completely understand, but please don't negotiate or criticize my rates.

**Refunds**

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If a session ends due to an issue on my end, I'll happily provide a refund whenever appropriate.

**Repeated Rule Violations**

Repeatedly ignoring or breaking these rules may result in your session ending without a refund and the loss of future ordering privileges.

I reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or end any service at any time if I feel uncomfortable or believe we're not a good fit.
