tl;dr she is kinda weak (right now)

so OW launched a new tank hero called D.Mon, combining both D.Va and Reinhardt into one hero. at first, this seems kind of good; having the mobility of D.Va while still keeping Reinhardt's shield.

she deals extremely low damage, however. 60 (buffed to 65 now) per hit makes her one of the worst tanks. melee characters are tough to balance though, and we'll have to see how players adapt to her as the meta develops. her ult seems fine.
