꒰ᐢ. .ᐢ꒱ I know I haven’t been available for a little while, and since many of you have been asking about my disappearance, I wanted to explain a little bit about what’s been happening over the past few weeks.

On ePal, most of you know me as a cheerful and outgoing person. But the truth is that I struggle a lot with my mental health, even when I might seem happy on the outside.

When I first started doing ePal, I was feeling really well. I could manage work, school, ePal, and my hobbies all at once. Unfortunately, right now, I’m at a point where even getting out of bed on my days off feels difficult. I’ve been missing a lot of school, started missing work, and found myself falling back into some of my old, unhealthy ways of coping with things.

I’m really sorry for not answering your DMs. Please know that I’m not ignoring you on purpose. I’m genuinely trying my best, even on the days when everything feels overwhelming. ♡

Thank you to everyone who has checked up on me, been patient with me, and shown me kindness. It means more than you know. ୨୧
