We’ve received reports alleging that some individuals associated with the platform have been placing orders on E-Pal to promote their competing service, and pressuring ePals to sign up by threatening to leave negative reviews if they refuse.

We take these reports seriously. Every ePal deserves to conduct business in a safe and fair environment, free from coercion, review manipulation, or pressure to move their business elsewhere.

If you encounter any of the situations described above, please take the following steps:

Dispute retaliatory reviews: If you believe a review was left to pressure or punish you for refusing to join another platform, submit a ticket so our team can review the case.

Report inappropriate promotion: If someone uses an E-Pal order or interaction to pressure you into joining a competing platform, please report the account to our team.

Keep relevant evidence: Screenshots of messages, order details, and other relevant information can help us investigate the situation fairly and accurately.

Our team will review reported cases based on the available evidence and take appropriate action when violations are confirmed. We cannot guarantee the outcome of every review dispute, but we are committed to handling these reports seriously and consistently.

Please also remember that off-platform transactions are prohibited under E-Pal’s rules. For your safety, keep transactions on E-Pal and report any attempts to redirect your business elsewhere in violation of our policies.
