Whilst you need to be 18+ to order, that doesn’t mean I provide 18+ services! Please don’t do anything like that during our interactions and do not request for me to do anything like that either. I will reject anything that breaks TOS, and if you are found to be breaking this rule during an order; I will immediately cancel the session and you will not be refunded. Offenders will be blacklisted and reported to staff.

Message me before you plan to place an order, please include what type of order you are hoping to book, as well as the time and any other info I might need (depending on service type) I won’t straight up reject an order that doesn’t follow this rule, but I’ll definitely be a little disappointed in you! You don’t want that, right?

E-Pal’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any other rules they may have, will all apply to our orders and interactions. Please read up on them if you haven’t had the chance to yet. Anyone found to be breaking them will have their order cancelled without a refund.

💾 ℝ𝔼ℂ𝕆ℝ𝔻𝕀ℕ𝔾 𝔸ℕ𝔻 𝕊𝕋ℝ𝔼𝔸𝕄𝕀ℕ𝔾

Please do not stream our sessions, or record them in full without asking me first. I respect the right to decline and anyone found to be doing it anyway will have their order cancelled without a refund. Clips of funny moments/good plays are permissible, provided you send them to me first so I can check it over and give you the OK to post them!

💾𝕄𝕐 𝕋𝕀𝕄𝔼 𝕄𝔸𝕋𝕋𝔼ℝ𝕊

Scheduled orders need to be paid for in advance if you are a new client. Regular clients and Subscribers can reserve a time with me and pay on the day. The first time you are late, or don’t show up without any warning or notice, I will reschedule. But if you do it a second time, you won’t be refunded. Repeat “No-Call, No-Show” offences may be blacklisted from reordering in the future.

💾𝕄𝕐 𝕃𝕆𝕍𝔼 𝕀𝕊 𝔽𝕆ℝ𝔼𝕍𝔼ℝ, 𝔹𝕌𝕋 𝕄𝕐 𝔽ℝ𝕀𝔼ℕ𝔻𝕊 𝕃𝕀𝕊𝕋 𝕀𝕊 𝕋𝔼𝕄ℙ𝕆ℝ𝔸ℝ𝕐

Befriending my accounts is only for Subscribers and active clients. Anyone who has not placed a purchase within the last 30 days will be removed from Discord, and any Games (if it applies) You’re more then welcome to rebook to be added back at anytime! Subscribers will remain added as long as they have an active subscription, even if no orders were placed.

💾 𝕊𝕋𝕀ℂ𝕂 𝕋𝕆 𝕋ℍ𝔼 ℙ𝕃𝔸ℕ

Please keep orders within their respective service types! (For example, please don’t order E-Chat and expect us to play Minecraft) If you want to change the service type mid-way through, you must re-buy with the correct option. The existing order will not be refunded.

💾 𝕌ℕ𝕃𝕀𝕄𝕀𝕋𝔼𝔻 𝔾𝔸𝕄𝔼𝕊 𝔹𝕌𝕋 ℕ𝕆 𝔾𝔸𝕄𝔼𝕊

Every game I play that is multiplayer is listed on my profile already, but you’re more than welcome to contact me to ask about custom games (But you must buy me the game, of course)

💾 𝕆ℝ𝔻𝔼ℝ 𝔼𝕏𝕋𝔼ℕ𝕊𝕀𝕆ℕ𝕊

If you wish to extend an order and want a little special deal, you can do so by leaving a tip on the CURRENT order for 50% of the service total (For example. a $2 tip on a $4 order). But, it’s a one-time use discount! After it's used, you’ll need to extend normally going forward! Any tips made trying to use this method again won’t be refunded. (But don’t you worry, this deal refreshes every 30 days!)

💾 ℝ𝔼𝕊ℙ𝔼ℂ𝕋 𝔸𝔹𝕆𝕍𝔼 𝔸𝕃𝕃 𝔼𝕃𝕊𝔼

This should go without saying, but please treat me and my boundaries with respect. Any harmful words, bullying or mistreatment of any kind won’t be tolerated. Neither will any kind of coercion, force, pressure either to provide services I don't, give you discounts, free extensions, or anything of that kind!

If anything like that happens, I’ll cancel the order and you won’t be refunded. Depending on the severity, you may also be reported to Staff. So be kind!

💾 𝕋ℍℝ𝔼𝔼'𝕊 𝔸 ℂℝ𝕆𝕎𝔻

Group sessions are allowed but will cost extra. Please order through the “GROUP” options on any services that have it. DM me if there’s a game I have that doesn’t state it, and maybe we can work something out!

💾 𝕃𝕀𝕂𝔼, 𝕊𝕌𝔹𝕊ℂℝ𝕀𝔹𝔼 𝔸ℕ𝔻 ℝ𝔸𝕋𝔼 𝟝 𝕊𝕋𝔸ℝ𝕊

I respect the right to cancel an order, refuse service, or cease communication if my rules or E-Pal’s rules are broken. I will also not accept refunds for any reason if the service has already been provided. That’s not cool.
