‒ Go to the "Certification" section on the "Me" page of the website or app, and select "Become an ePal."

‒ In addition to becoming an ePal, you can also become certified as a Legend or Influencer.

● Legends: Pro gamers and high-ranked players can be certified as Legends, and Legends have special exposures.

● Influencer: Participate in voice team activities to earn the Influencer badge and collect Buff gifts in the E-Pal Voice Team

‒ Just three steps, and you can become an ePal.:

● Choose one of the following services: gaming, chilling, or custom

● Complete the service information, personal information, and pricing information

‒ After submitting the application, E-Pal staff will review your application within 2-3 business days (this may be extended during peak seasons). If you meet the requirements, you will become an ePal.

● Complete guide tasks in "My Store" to earn Store Rating and increase your ePal level. The higher your level, the more exposure you will get.

● Manage your games, lifestyle, and custom services in "My Services." The more services you have, the better your ability to attract customers.

● Elevate your merchant level to eStar in "My Store," and then join the Income Boost Training Camp

● Make yourself seen:

After becoming an ePal, your online services will be displayed in the ePal list.

The higher your ePal level, the higher up you will be listed in various lists.

However, you may not appear in the same fixed position every time. The algorithm has randomness built in.

● Order taking:

The main way to receive orders is through instant messaging (IM), as most users will communicate with ePal when placing an order.

Orders are also notified through pop-ups, emails, and text messages.

All orders can be viewed in the "My Orders" section on the "Me" page.

● Complete the agreed-upon service:

For most game services, they are completed outside of the E-Pal platform in third-party games.

For "Chat" type services, they can be completed directly through ePal's instant messaging (IM) system.

● Encourage users to review and tip your services, and follow or subscribe to your E-Pal account:

Users will give you positive or negative reviews based on the quality of your service, and the reviews will be displayed on your profile page.

If users are satisfied with your service, they may also give you additional tips, which are an important source of income for ePals.

Encourage users who have completed orders to follow or subscribe to you so that they can quickly find you when they need your services.

‒ We divide ePals into five levels, from ePal1 to ePal3, and eStar1 to eStar2, with eStar2 being the highest level achievable.

‒ The higher the level, the better the service quality of the ePal, and the higher the priority exposure rate the ePal can receive.

‒ ePals can earn store ratings and increase their ePal level by completing tasks in "Me"-"My Store"-"Store Rating".

‒ You will need to complete tasks in four areas in "Store Rating":

● Information

ePals should prioritize setting up their service information and personal profile to stand out from the crowd of other ePals.

● Exposure

Any level of ePal needs to actively acquire customers through functions such as chat, Live, and Share, which can help you get more orders.

● Responsiveness

When there is an order, it is important to accept the order promptly and respond to customer messages in a timely manner, otherwise the order may be lost.

● Service

In games or services, being proactive, talkative, warm, and humorous is key. Make customers feel welcomed, understood, and accompanied like they would with a friend.

‒ Go to "Me"-"My Service" and edit the service. In the third step of editing, you can set the discounts.

● 1st order free

This service is free for your new customers, and you can set the number of free people per day.

● Discount

You can set a 5%-15% discount, and higher discounts can be set in the merchant subscription.

● Buy X get Y

Users who complete X orders can be given Y orders for free, and the free orders will be counted in the order center.

‒ ePal subscription refers to when a user subscribes to an ePal, they can get a lower discounted order price.

‒ ePals can freely set their subscription prices and order discounts, which is an important way for ePals to establish long-term relationships with customers.

‒ You can find the "ePal Subscription" section in "Me" - "My Store" and set up your ePal subscription there.

‒ In general, it is important to stay in touch with customers through different product features.

Potential customers: Customers who might place orders with you

● Currently, the creation permission is exclusively granted to eStar

● In the future, AI ePal will offer gaming and social services

● AI ePal will encompass all the functionalities of a human ePal
