E-Pal Service Application

‒ You can apply for the following three categories of services:

● Gaming: Requires a certain level of gaming skills.

● Chilling: Engaging in social interaction with clients, requiring specific social skills.

● Custom: Services not included in the above two categories, requiring explicit service details.

‒ Note*: All service applications must comply with E-Pal's community guidelines and Terms of Service. Any behavior that violates the community guidelines and Terms of Service will result in the application being rejected.

‒ It is recommended to upload a real-life picture of yourself increase exposure on the homepage, with clear facial features, a clean and tidy background, bright lighting, and an attractive appearance. Other images such as anime, pets, landscapes, etc., that comply with community guidelines and Terms of Service are also acceptable.

‒ Gaming: You may choose images/videos that showcase your gaming rank, level, standings, etc., consistent with the game type you are applying for.

‒ Chilling: The skill image/video must be relevant to the chilling services you applied and demonstrate certain service details, or you may choose not to upload any skill images/videos. (Special Note: Chilling services such as “Drawing” and “Fortune Telling” require skill images to demonstrate your skills and service details).

‒ Custom: The skill image/video must be relevant to the custom services you applied and demonstrate certain service details, or you may choose not to upload any skill images/videos. (Special Note: Applying for gaming services that are not listed on E-Pal website requires skill screenshots/video to showcase gaming kills).

‒ The voice clip should be 3-15 seconds long. Record your line in a quiet environment with a decent quality microphone, and try to keep your volume consistent. Don’t speak too fast nor too slow. Introduce yourself and talk about your experience, skill and preference in gaming, chilling or custom services.

‒ The service intro should display the details of different service types (Gaming, Chilling, Custom). A blank, overly simple, or irrelevant service intro may lead to application rejection.

‒ Gaming: Please provide a detailed description of your gaming skills, such as server, level, rank, position, etc.

‒ Chilling and Custom: The service intro must display specific service details such as service content, style, duration, platform, price, etc. The more detailed, the better.

‒ Gaming: Service type should display the specific game mode, such as Casual, Ranked, Coaching, etc.Gaming: Service type should display the specific game mode, such as Casual, Ranked, Coaching, etc.

‒ Chilling and Custom: Service details such as style, duration, method, platform, price, etc should be displayed in the service type.

‒ E-Pal service applications must comply with the Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and the review process requirements. Non-compliant applications will be rejected. If rejected, please refer to the System Message for specific reasons. If you still have doubts about the review result, please contact customer support.

‒ After submitting the application, E-Pal staff will review your application within 2-3 business days (this may be extended during peak seasons). If you meet the requirements, you will become an E-Pal.
